About the role

As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our dynamic call center in Kawit Cavite. This full-time position will see you lead a team of dedicated customer service professionals, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional support to our valued clients.
