Operations Manager – Cebu Branch

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations
• Monitor truck movements, delivery schedules, and route efficiency
• Ensure proper use and monitoring of GPS tracking and vehicle monitoring systems
• Coordinate with transport staff, drivers, and third-party logistics providers
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, or shortages
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and transport activities
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
