Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company’s facilities, support services, and general administration. This role ensures that maintenance, housekeeping, security, transportation, accommodations, and external partnerships are managed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities & Maintenance

  • Schedule, supervise, and monitor routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure workplace safety and equipment reliability.
  • Manage contractors and vendors for facility-related services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Housekeeping & Security
