Operations Manager (Fund Operations / Investor Relations)


About the Company

A Singapore-based fund management company regulated by the MAS, managing investment funds and structures including Variable Capital Companies (VCCs).

Responsibilities

  • Support fundraising DDQ requests and investor due diligence materials
  • Manage investor relations deliverables (DDQ/FAQ, presentations, newsletters)
  • Maintain portfolio and fund performance data; provide analysis and reporting
  • Oversee daily trade processing, settlements, NAV, reconciliation and fund accounting
  • Coordinate with banks, brokers, prime brokers and counterparties (account opening/KYC)
  • Support compliance checks on disclosures, marketing materials and regulatory standards
  • Partner with business team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives
