Key responsibilities:
Maintains a positive relationship while working closely with the staff
to build a strong team through coaching, goal setting, and constructive
feedback.
Researches and recommends best practices that can be followed.
Ensures staff is focused on customer service and moving all loads
legally within guidelines.
Builds strong working relationships with local carriers to ensure that
Maersk is a cost leader.
Works directly with LOC team to address equipment concerns, in
particular where customer needs are not being covered.
