Operations Manager- Citizenship & Residency Programs

Enjaz Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) business. The successful candidate will ensure efficient case processing, strict regulatory compliance, seamless cross-departmental coordination, and the delivery of exceptional client services. This role is critical in scaling operations, maintaining compliance with international CBI/RBI regulations, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Legal, Sales, Compliance, Finance, Client Relations, and Government Liaison teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operational workflows for CBI/RBI applications, from client onboarding to final approvals and passport issuance.
