Operations Manager

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering or related field.
- 15 years' experience in Manufacturing and 8 years' experience responsible or operations management.
- Must have minimum of 6 years' experience in automotive industry.
- Experience in leading continuous improvement efforts.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred.
- Knowledge of production and plant operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maneuver between all levels of personnel and different cultures.
- Hands-on attitude.
