Operations manager - Cladding Facility

Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Cladding Facility in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing manufacturing operations, with a focus on optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the cladding facility, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Manage production schedules, inventory, and quality control processes to meet customer demands.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Lead a team of operators and technicians, providing training and guidance as necessary.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Specializing Cladded products, automated cladding facility, exposure in managing CRA, cladding operations using automatic horizontal and vertical cladding machines.
• 8-12 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in cladding or construction materials.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and production management software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in manufacturing.
