One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for an Operations Manager to help lead a $50M business unit out of their Clayton, NC office.
This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the company business plan in the region. They are accountable for success including achievement of Safety, Quality and Productivity goals and profit targets. They will lead project teams to achieve specific goals, develop co-workers, participate in regional business development and planning, and setting safety culture for the business unit.
This is a fully onsite role that will require some travel across the greater Raleigh area.
