Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies, set goals, manage budgets, and forecast resource needs.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff; manage performance and coordinate with other department heads.
  • Resource Management: Oversee procurement, inventory, and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Quality & Compliance: Monitor quality control, ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with upper management, vendors, and resolve customer issues.
