WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Operations Manager, 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm) will manage the day-to-day operations of our goal is efficiently using space, labor, and equipment to meet operational goals. Effectively manage to increase productivity and reduce costs while boosting employee and customer satisfaction through meeting SLA and maintaining a positive company culture. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: With guidance, partner with DC Director to ensure operational goals can be met
  • Managing people: Motivating, organizing, and training the warehouse team
  • Managing processes and systems: Designing and developing efficient systems for movement and storage
  • Ensuring compliance: Maintaining safety and compliance standards
  • Managing quality: Ensure inventory functions are performed, comparing results to computerized inventory, and reconciling any differences
