We provide end-to-end solutions on major projects including transmission lines, switchyards, substations, and electrical distribution networks.

Our expertise spans the full project lifecycle—design, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance. Whether through self-performed work, collaboration with subcontractors, or joint ventures, our teams deliver projects safely and effectively across Australia. Our capabilities cover everything from engineering and structural works to civil, electrical installation, and commissioning.

To date, we’ve successfully delivered over 7,300 km of transmission lines and completed more than 300 substation projects—and we’re just getting started!

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operational activities across our projects in WA. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Operations Manager will work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the business.

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Develop and review the planning and monitor progress of allocated work to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
  • Continually scope for new work outside of the maintenance contract to add value to the client’s business by providing a diversified range of services.
  • Review costs and take corrective action if significant deviations from budget occur.Report regularly to management on budget and schedule achievements.
  • Select personnel and ensure all personnel are trained and developed to work well in a team environment.

    What are we looking for you to bring to the team:

    ·Technical or Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or their equivalent

    ·Project Management Certificate

    ·Commercial/Business studies related to construction desirable

    ·10 years’ experience managing large complex construction projects

  • Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Access, email
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
