Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to take the reins of all on‑ground operations in our NT stores (Coolalinga, Winnellie, Katherine, and Alice Springs).

Your Role

Your primary role will be to ensure that our stores and operations run as smoothly as possible, creating an enjoyable experience for all customers and Outback Batteries team members.

  • Implementing and refining operational procedures and systems
  • Reporting to upper management
  • Setup and monitor store KPIs
  • Sock control
