Job Responsibilities


Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel. Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedbacks and action taken for service recovery and also any staff issues.

  • 08-10 years of experience with 2 years minimum experience as  Operations Manager  or as  Director of Food and Beverage  handling operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Domestic and International Markets, F&B Trends and Statutory compliances.
  • Should have Customer Orientation, Decision Making, People Management, Analytical ability, Financial Acumen
