Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of doors and windows projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and organizational skills to manage operations across planning, production, installation, and customer service.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery.
