Educational Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering or relevant discipline preferred)
• Proven experience in Operations Management / Business Management
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
• Strong experience managing multi-department operations and projects
• Experience in Events & Exhibition Industry is preferred

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will run the operations department “like clockwork,” overseeing end-to-end project delivery while enforcing company procedures, improving workflows, coordinating across departments, and ensuring operational excellence in line with management direction.
