Operations Manager – Hotel

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational costs, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Support department heads in achieving operational and business targets.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and public areas.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
