• Coordinate communication between creative staff (modelers, artists, printers) and business functions (sales, marketing).


• Manage budgets, procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure adherence to project deadlines and cost targets.


• Oversee studio safety, security, and facility maintenance, implement protocols for equipment use and worksite organization.
