Operations Manager

Summary

: The Operations Manager is responsible for the direct management of the shift supervisors, and provides leadership and training to the team members. This role is responsible for managing the functionality of the shifts, and ensures all shifts are properly staffed and able to execute the daily workload. Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 1 Saturday(s) a month from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $85,000 to $105,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
