Operations Manager

Overview

We are working with a well-established industrial manufacturing business based in Elgin who are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise their day-to-day operations.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and cost-effectively while driving continuous improvement across people, processes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activity across production, planning, logistics and site operations
• Lead, coach and develop operational teams to deliver high performance
• Drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and regulatory standards
