Summary

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the ideal candidate must have strong Operations Management experience and people leadership skills as this role plays a vital part in managing key client relationships and expanding presence in the entertainment industry, supporting the company mission to deliver exceptional amusement solutions.

The focus is on overseeing the level of service provided by the Engineers, Account Managers and Cash Collectors as well as ensuring customers are provided with a high level of professional service.
