Operations Manager – Equipment Manufacturing
Location: Roselle, IL (Onsite)
Pay Range: $110,000–$140,000 base + bonus potential (up to 20%)


MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS


  • 10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field




  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working around CNC mills, lathes, welders, and industrial equipment




  • Proven experience managing teams and leading from the shop floor




  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting (EBITDA experience preferred)




  • Exceptional organizational skills with a bias for action and accountability
