Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of the self‑storage facilities and their staff (8 employees)
- Oversight and optimization of existing marketing and sales channels as well as development of new more effective strategies
- Maximizing occupancy by filling vacant units and replacing outgoing clients with new tenants at the highest achievable rates
- Enhancing operational efficiency and increasing business profitability through optimization of staffing cost structure, pricing strategy and other operational levers
- Managing critical communications with clients and counterparties on key operational and contractual matters
- Overseeing contract administration invoicing and payments working with CRM systems, financial software and online banking platforms
