Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager Agile in the Unified Endpoint Management area to join our International Team and help us integrate services for the IT workplace within Deutsche Telekom AG


Key Responsibilities

  • Advancing the service by introducing new features to support digital work environments

  • Identifying, analyzing, and structuring technical requirements (functional extensions, consolidation & standardization, technology transition, cost optimization, efficiency enhancement)

  • Conducting feasibility analyses, cost calculations, and effort estimations.

  • Assuming and executing technical, operational responsibility (application, database, middleware, and infrastructure) for the Unified Endpoint Management platform (VMware Workspace ONE); operational contact for all technical matters
