Key Responsibilities

Fund & Investment Operations

• Oversee end-to-end fund operations including subscriptions, redemptions, trade lifecycle management, and corporate actions.
• Review and validate NAV calculations provided by fund administrators.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of portfolio, cash, and custody positions.
• Monitor fund expenses, accruals, and fee calculations (management fee, performance fee, custody, audit, etc.)

Trade & Settlement

• Coordinate trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation with brokers, custodians, and counterparties.
• Monitor failed trades and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and fund mandates.
