Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of organizational objectives.

  • Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

  • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate activities and achieve overall business goals.

  • Visit and liaise with government agencies or corporate offices to obtain licenses, permits, and other required documents for the operation of the hospital.

  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and certifications to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Evaluate and recommend changes to existing processes and systems to enhance operational performance.

  • Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting expenses and allocating resources accordingly.
