Role Overview
Location: Hyderabad
The TDM is responsible for driving the programs and processes that help Randstad’s clients find and develop top talent. You act as a consultative partner to the client and a coach to your recruitment team, ensuring all SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: * Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters or team leads.
- Assess quality of work and provide regular feedback/performance reviews.
- Manage team capacity and workload to ensure account goals are met.
- Operations & Process Management:
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and client-specific hiring policies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and strategic discussions.
- Conduct regular "Program Health" meetings with client stakeholders to review performance data.
- Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
- Data & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor performance scorecards (Time-to-fill, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate).
- Manage and audit data within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment data to provide "storytelling" insights to leadership.
