**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for an Operations Manager to support hardware manufacturing to develop, implement and maintain profitable, ergonomic and safe production, in accordance with production rules in our manufacturing plant.

**You will bring**:
- Electronic Engineering in Telecommunications, Industrial or similar
- Work experience: minimum 5 years leading people and teams in Production field
- Fluent English, Desirable German
- Excellent leadership ability
- Experience in the implementation of methodologies that increase efficiency, reduce waste throughout the value chain and improve the quality of assemblies and sub-assemblies, such as: Lean, Six Sigma, Zero Defects, etc.
