Operations Manager-India

Responsibilities

1.OEM Operations & Project Coordination

•Act as the local operations interface of the company in India, responsible for day-to-day coordination with OEM manufacturing partners;

•Track execution of OEM assembly, testing, and shipment activities, and support resolution of on-site operational issues;

•Support new model introduction, pilot production, issue rectification, and related project milestones.

2. Supply Chain & Delivery Support

•Support local operations related to procurement, logistics, warehousing, and material delivery;

•Coordinate with HQ supply chain teams to track material arrival, inventory status, and operational exceptions;

•Assist with basic operational matters related to customs clearance, duties, and delivery, without independent decision-making responsibility.
