General Operations and Administrative Support:

  • General liaisons contact for the daily operational Shopping Centre matters.
  • To conduct periodical operational & safety compliances review of the Shopping Centre, guided by our Ikano Retail manuals & guidelines as well as local codes.
  • Manage the outsourced services e.g., Recycling & Buy-Back Centre, Carpark, Housekeeping, Waste Management, Landscaping, Security and Centralized Dish-Washing Service.
  • To manage and respond to customers feedback / complaint in relation to safety and security, carpark and all other feedback in relations to general operations of the Shopping Centre.
  • Prepare monthly report which includes analysis and update on goals & KPIs, cost efficiency plan, vendors performance as well as responsible in budgeting & forecast, contract review & negotiations and House Rules enforcement.
