As our Operations Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing activities, ensuring production goals, safety standards, cost targets, and quality requirements are consistently achieved. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional leaders to optimize performance and strengthen our operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Lead the daily operation of manufacturing areas, ensuring productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Guarantee compliance with ISO 9001:2015, 5S, safety standards, and all company procedures.
Deliver monthly plant performance estimates (P&L).
Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
