  • Contributing to the functional management of multiple production units and serving as an interface to Service Delivery Management (SDM) for the contracted scope of services
  • Providing technical and operational support for concepts, including cost estimation, in coordination with SDM
  • Supporting SDM with commissioning and cost optimization
  • Optimizing service components and achieving target cost levels
  • Participating in and aligning operational planning and forecasting with SDM
  • Operational involvement in incident, problem, change, and escalation management within the contracted scope of services for the customer
  • Recommending portfolio consolidation and standardization, and defining KPIs
  • Participating in smaller customer projects from initiation and planning through implementation, controlling, and completion
