Red Chair Recruitment are presently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on Operations Manager to join a busy 66-bedroom property with a team of 60+ staff.
This is a full-time position (45 hours/week, 5 over 7 days including weekends and public holidays).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.Work with the Operations Director on budgets, targets, and strategic planning.Lead and motivate departmental managers and staff, supporting training and development.Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company standards.Deliver exceptional guest experience at all times.
