Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment are presently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on Operations Manager to join a busy 66-bedroom property with a team of 60+ staff.

This is a full-time position (45 hours/week, 5 over 7 days including weekends and public holidays).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.

  • Work with the Operations Director on budgets, targets, and strategic planning.

  • Lead and motivate departmental managers and staff, supporting training and development.

  • Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company standards.

  • Deliver exceptional guest experience at all times.
  • Requirements:
