POSITION VACANT: Operation Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The incumbent will be responsible for the delivery and roll out of the project across different client locations in the region.
• The role would be to take strategic decisions and Resource management, which would include hiring, training, deployment of the manpower.
• He will be responsible for mass production such as scanning, upload and rollout etc.
• He would be responsible for customer interaction, resolution of queries and collection of payments.
• The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer relationship and meeting services and performance level SLA’s.
• The role could include frequent traveling across the region to customer location and willing to stay for short span of time .
• Actively contributes to strategy setting at corporate level and ability to advice others and manage divergent interests and perspectives.
