POSITION VACANT: Operation Management
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will be responsible for the delivery and roll out of the project across different client locations in the region.
The role would be to take strategic decisions and Resource management, which would include hiring, training, deployment of the manpower.
He will be responsible for mass production such as scanning, upload and rollout etc.
He would be responsible for customer interaction, resolution of queries and collection of payments.
The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer relationship and meeting services and performance level SLA’s.
The role could include frequent traveling across the region to customer location and willing to stay for short span of time .
Actively contributes to strategy setting at corporate level and ability to advice others and manage divergent interests and perspectives.
