Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational BAU including trade processing, trade settlements, trade reconciliation, corporate actions exercise, and all other operation matters related to any products offered by the Company.
• Check and verify that all trade transactions are completed; settlements instructions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review all trade matching reports and ensure all failed trades are promptly resolved.
• Ensure funding sufficiency for trade settlement.
• Processing of settlement/corporate action events in an accurate, timely manner and adhere to deadlines.
• Reconciliation trade/shares, corporate actions.
• Liaise closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance in all operational areas.
• Interpret data and make necessary recommendations for the launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms.
