KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service Operations Management

  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly service schedules based on technician availability, client requirements, and optimal resource use.

  • Ensure logical route planning and cost-effective deployment of personnel, chemicals, and equipment.

  • Coordinate with the dispatcher for accurate scheduling and timely service confirmation with clients.

  • Monitor execution of service schedules, ensuring timely arrival, proper documentation, and service completion as planned.

• Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure all technicians follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control guidelines.

  • Conduct periodic checks, audits, and spot inspections to verify compliance and service quality.
