Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-shift, high-volume molding operations
  • Develop production strategies and capacity plans
  • Lead managers, supervisors, and technical teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, ISO/IATF, and customer requirements
  • Manage budgets, labor, and capital projects
  • Support new product and mold launches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in plastic injection molding operations
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Knowledge of molding processes, materials, and tooling
  • Willing to be assigned in Mexico
