Responsibilities
for the Operations Manager position:
Take ownership of the full operational lifecycle, mapping, analysing, and improving workflows to ensure output, accuracy, and cost effectiveness Implement and refine practical, scalable business processes and supporting systems aligned with ISO9001 standards Lead cross functional projects from concept through to completion, creating detailed project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and delivering outcomes on time Handle tenders, NDAs, contracts, and other legal documentation Oversee health & safety and ensure full compliance across departments Lead and develop teams, supporting performance and growth Provide HR support (when required) including employee contracts and policies Spot inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or risks, and implement tools, systems, or processes to strengthen operations Key Requirements for the Operations Manager position...
