Job Description
We are seeking for Operations Manager to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s construction operations, from planning and project execution to quality control and resource management. This role ensures that all construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Operations Manager will provide leadership to project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency and business growth.

- Oversee daily operations across multiple construction projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity.
- Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to monitor progress and resolve operational challenges.
