Are you ready to lead operations for one of Lebanon’s fastest-growing charcoal brands? Coco-Riki Lebanon is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to take charge of logistics, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
✅ Your Mission:
☑️ Manage supply chain logistics from procurement to delivery
☑️ Oversee warehouse operations, stock levels & dispatch schedules
☑️ Collaborate with sales and retail teams to ensure product availability
☑️ Supervise and train warehouse & delivery teams
☑️ Track KPIs and generate operational performance reports
☑️ Ensure health, safety, and compliance protocols are followed
🎯 We're Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field
✔️ 3–5 years experience in operations/logistics (FMCG or retail preferred)
✔️ Strong leadership & communication skills
✔️ Tech-savvy: MS Office & inventory systems knowledge
✔️ Fluent in Arabic & English (French is a plus)
✔️ Problem-solver with a hands-on attitude
🔴 One day off per week ( Friday )
