Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will secure the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of all trips across Peru and Bolivia. This includes itineraries operated under Intrepid brands as well as those managed for external business partners, ensuring full compliance with company standards, policies, and Responsible Travel principles.

As the primary operational link between local offices, suppliers, the Intrepid DMC Global Operations team, and Product teams, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding service quality, traveler safety, and brand integrity.
