Role Overview

We are hiring a
hands-on Senior Operations Manager
to run the day-to-day operational backbone of our crypto trading and swap business. This is not a manager of managers role. You will be in the details, making real-time decisions when markets move, coordinating execution, and ensuring inventory and treasury support daily operations.

If you know trading mechanics, understand how crypto rails work, and can keep a cool head under pressure - you will fit.
