I’m recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to lead the WA start-up of a new industrial logistics operation for a major customer.

This is a hands-on role with full responsibility for onboarding the customer, building the team, and managing fleet, drivers, equipment, and day-to-day operations. You’ll own service delivery, safety, budgets, and continuous improvement from day one.
