Summary

: Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is a hands-on role, responsible for development and implementation of all operations for the Cryo-Mach business. The Operations Manager will have direct responsibility for establishing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, procurement and lean objectives. The Operation Manager will lead and supervise a team of hourly staff. 

Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field is required.


Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or other operational leadership role.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven background in the application of lean production and methodologies, quality and ISO 9001 processes, inventory control, procurement procedures and techniques, EHS and logistics.
