We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

• Campaign management – Execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring performance meets client and internal objectives.
• Team management – Oversee and develop a small team, setting and monitoring objectives while providing guidance and training.
• Issue resolution – Diagnose and resolve campaign delivery issues in coordination with internal teams within the defined SLAs.
• Process adherence – Ensure team compliance with operational best practices and workflows, proactively providing feedback for continuous improvement
• Technical support to the Client Success team: Ensure that the team is consistently providing quantitative and qualitative data to the Client Success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 4+ years in ad operations or programmatic advertising.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Strong technical knowledge of ad platforms, campaign optimization, and troubleshooting.
