***This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***
Under the supervision of the Department Manager, the Operations Manager – Marine Operations/On-Condition Cyclic Maintenance (OCCM) is responsible for assisting the Department Manager with the day to day operational execution of all LOGCAP Marine functions at the assigned location, supervises and provides leadership to assigned personnel, and has responsibility for problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of LOGCAP function across the Marine Department. The Operations Manager must demonstrate exemplary planning, management and leadership capabilities, especially in the areas of scheduling, collaboration, team building, talent development, fiscal/human resources management, and process improvement. #LI-TM1
