Operations Manager

We’re a growing retail beauty service group operating 22 outlets across NSW, SA, NT and ACT, and we’re looking for a hands-on Operations / Services Manager to drive operational consistency, compliance, service standards, and sales performance across the network.

This role suits a strong multi-site leader who thrives on execution—auditing standards, lifting performance, improving systems, and supporting Area Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Plan, direct and supervise day-to-day operations across 22 beauty service outlets to ensure consistent service quality, presentation and operational standards.
2. Maintain and improve operational systems, procedures and service standards across all stores.

5. Products, Services & Range Development
6. Stock, Ordering & Cost Control
7. Sales Strategy, Targets & Performance
8. Marketing, Promotions & Loyalty Programs

11. Rosters, Timesheets & Labour Planning
12. Maintenance, Risk & Security

About You

1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Multi-Site Manager (retail services, beauty, hospitality, or similar environments) – minimum 3 years of experience
2. Minimum Bachelors Degree
3. Strong knowledge of operational standards, compliance, hygiene and safety in a customer-facing service environment.
4. Highly organised, strong follow-through, able to travel regularly across states/territories.
