Titan Florida has an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager for the Ready-Mix operations in the Central region. This salaried exempt position reports to the General Manager. The function of this position is to manage all related Ready Mix production and maintenance activities. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze all aspects of operations to achieve production budget requirements.

  • Manage financial aspects of position resolving disputes and verifying expenditures. 

  • Verify safety, scheduling and production results to ensure commitments are met. 

  • Ensure that operation remains in compliance with all applicable environmental standards.
