We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Operations Manager to
oversee the day-to-day business functions of our Scottsdale-based team.
This role is **NOT** a warehouse manager role.
The organization is transitioning from an owner-led, operational, sales
and marketing model to a professionally managed growth structure. This
role will be very important for the next stages of growth.
**Company Background:** Kona Ice is a national mobile gourmet shaved ice
franchise serving schools, youth sports, nonprofits, HOAs, and community
events. The business currently operates five territories in North
Phoenix & Scottsdale supported by five Kona Ice Vehicles (KEVs) and one
trailer, with plans to expand over the next twenty-four months.
